A huge thank you to all of our Richmond Running Festival participants! It was our first year at the Richmond Running Festival, so it was extra special for us to have such dedicated runners not only returning to us from previous events, but also to meet so many new enthusiastic supporters. To top it off SHINE’s Trustees have agreed to match the donations made, so so far we’ve raised over £29,000! Donations are still coming in as our runners have done an brilliant job not only in their fundraising, but in spreading awareness about SHINE’s cause to help more children fulfil their potential at school and beyond.

We had a team of 40 runners, who we were very pleased to be able to meet at our SHINE tent after the race, whilst they recuperated with some cupcakes and our much appreciated sports masseur. It was a real treat to be in the beautiful Kew Gardens for the day; do have a look at some of our photos from the day…
