SHINE: Support and Help in Education was founded 10 years ago in March 1999. Our mission is to support additional educational initiatives which encourage children and young people to raise their achievement levels. We fund organisations working with underachieving 6-16 year olds from disadvantaged areas in London and Manchester.

Serious Fun on Saturdays @ Alleyn's School, Dulwich College and James Allen's Girls’ School has three strands providing intensive literacy tuition, maths for gifted students and specialist small group classes for disadvantaged local children. more >
